Great place for families. Big yard, ample parking. Games for the kids. Wonderful screened porch, plenty of room to spread out and extra sleeping areas if needed. Owner is responsive to any need.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property! The host was extremely communicative from start to finish, always quick to respond and very helpful with any questions we had. What really stood out was how promptly they addressed a minor issue during our stay-someone was sent over right away to fix it, which we truly appreciated. It’s clear that the host takes great pride in providing a positive guest experience. We felt well taken care of and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Pros: fenced in back yard, close to activities in Indy, beds were comfortable.Cons: Was told about the garage doors being boarded up a hour before check in, pantry and bathtub were dirty, no ice in house besides some broke/dirty ice treys, screen on screen door was broke, about 1/4 of market lights worked around the fire, deck steps had a broken step, neighborhood wasn’t the best, and foosball table didn’t have a ball.The house was located in a good area to get around to surrounding places but could use some maintenance and cleaning. Really disappointed in the safety related things not being taken care of like the screen door and the steps.
