We enjoyed the location, porch, and the fire pit! The house rules were quite restrictive and communicated within 2 days of our arrival making canceling impossible. We received daily notifications from the host which were not needed. The last notification indicated if a 5 star rating was left, I’d get a 5 star rating. I didn’t appreciate this!

We were meeting a family member after 14 years. The house was exactly what we needed. The host was very responsive and our stay was excellent. Thank you so much

Property worked well based on location. Mostly quiet neighborhood with great backyard and screened deck area. Nice bedding for restful sleep. Owner very responsive to feedback & requests.

This house is very nice for families or friends traveling together. We had four adults and one child, and the house fit our needs. The backyard is massive, the sunroom is very nice to lounge in, the fire pit is a nice perk and the play area downstairs is also perfect for kids. The garage is very small so our minivan would not fit inside, but we had no problem parking it in the driveway. Our only complaint about the property is that it wasn’t super clean and it had a hint of cigarette smoke. There was dust in several corners, stains on a few of the rugs, and we were sensitive to the smell of smoke. Also, we didn’t love that the toiletries in the house were in large bottles which were used for multiple guest bookings. Definitely understand it is more environmentally friendly to do it this way, but from a sanitary perspective, we were a little creeped out thinking about all of the people that had used/touched the hand soap and shampoo dispensers before us. I was glad I had packed all of my own toiletries to use and even purchased a small bottle of hand soap from CVS for our family to use during our stay.

At first I thought the property was out too far out from Downtown but when we canvassed the neighborhood, Meridian Street was up the street and closer to the property than the GPS sent us. It was a quiet established neighborhood, neighbors nice and property was nice. I would rent this property again, as I am in Indianapolis on a regular basis.

We had a great weekend in Indy. The property was excellent and will use it again for any visits to the area. Although the weather didn't cooperate, the outdoor space in the backyard was very nice

Host was very understanding and accommodating when we had to change dates last minute due to illness. Property was as listed and was responsive to any questions. House is in a quiet neighborhood and was still convenient to get to everything we needed.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood seemed quite safe and friendly. The beds were comfortable and we were able to control the thermostat. There were 5 of us and we could easily sit and visit in the living room, eating area and the screened in porch which was very pleasant. We had planned to have a fire at the fire pit but the weather didn't cooperate. Our only asks would be to have a few bowls for mixing pancakes and salads. We used a saucepan which sufficed but was a bit weird! LOL The house isn't fancy but it is comfortable and clean and a good space for friends to visit. It is also in a very convenient location.

Wonderful place. We were a group of 6 Adults. The house was perfect size for us all. Beautiful backyard. We were there to go Drag Races. House was not far the track. Owner is very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend

This adorable house exceeded our expectations! Location was convenient & close to town. The house came with all that we needed - towels, bedding, kitchen appliances & cookware, dishes. The backyard was perfect for hanging out & playing games. This house is child friendly! Raj responded to messages immediately when I needed assistance. Would definitely book again here!

Property was very clean, presentable, and located in a nice neighborhood. The patio and outdoor seating areas exceeded our expectations, and were great for our evenings there. The property also provided comfortable access to downtown Indianapolis and the surrounding suburbs. Highly recommend!

We recently traveled from Iowa to Indianapolis to attend one day of the Drum Corp International championships and needed a place to stay that was close to our destination, yet not right downtown. This property fit the bill as it was about 15-20 min from Lucas Oil yet had lots of options for restaurants, grocery stores and other shopping close by. Property was clean and spacious with plenty of room for our group of 4 (2 Adults-2 teens). This property could easily sleep 6-8 people comfortably between the 3 bedrooms and basement area. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed a fire in the fire pit one evening and breakfast in the screened in porch a couple mornings. Both spots really add to the home! Another plus would be the abundance of seating for meals- as there are two tables that can sit 6-8 people comfortably. While we didn’t really use it, the basement provided an additional gathering space and had plenty of games and some toys for younger kids. Additionally, the basement added more available sleeping space if needed. The bathrooms were clean and had plenty of towels. The soap/shampoo/conditioner/lotion was a nice added amenity. Off street parking is available for up to three cars (garage space also available) which was also a plus. We had an enjoyable stay and would recommend this property to families or couples who are traveling, as it would be a great space for either!!

Very content with our stay. House is in an area that is safe. We liked that shopping centers/restaurants were within 5-8 min driving distance. Home owner was very responsive to messages.

The house was centrally located to our family. Close to grocery stores and activities. Neighborhood was quiet. The house has plenty of bedding and towels. Beds are firm so if you prefer a firm bed this is definitely the house for you. Loved the back deck for morning coffee.

We stayed a quick weekend and it was the perfect location for the zoo/museum. The host was very responsive from check in to check out, and checked in to make sure everything was ok on arrival. Neighborhood is quiet and the backyard is really large for kids to run around but also to enjoy the firepit.

We stayed for a weekend visiting kids and grandkids. The house was just as depicted in the pictures. It was less than 10 minutes to the baseball fields we went to and was a perfect place for a small family gathering on Saturday night for Mothers Day. The foosball table definitely was a hit. Raj was immediate in responding to all communications and check in and out was seamless. We will be staying again next time we visit.

The property suited my families needs well and we all enjoyed the screened in porch.

The check in process was very easy, the house was beautiful and the kids loved the play room. We all loved the back yard and will definitely stay again when we go back to Indianapolis to visit family!

We loved this beautiful spacious home. It was clean and comfy. The porch, deck and fire pit area were lovely outdoor spaces. The kitchen had everything we needed. The host was friendly and very responsive to questions. We look forward to staying here again.

Kids enjoyed having their own space downstairs and especially enjoyed the huge backyard. Great family place in quiet well kept neighborhood.

This property met so many of our needs. Situated in a nice area with a short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Conveniently located 17 minutes to the downtown area. The property manager did an excellent job communicating with me as this was my first vrbo rental. He answered all my questions in a timely manner. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Raj runs a great rental. The house was clean, comfortable and perfectly planned for ease of use. The deck and backyard were spacious and relaxing, and my daughters had a ball playing foosball in the basement. The neighborhood is charming and quiet, with easy access to downtown Indianapolis only a 20-minute drive away.

Cute house, very clean, well appointed, super easy check-out. Great backyard with fire pit and plenty of room for yard games. Came down to catch a game and enjoyed all the TV options, especially the large screen to continue watching football when not at our game.

We comfortably slept 6 plus baby. Backyard is beautiful & located close to many things to do. Great for our needs.

Had a very enjoyable stay. Property is as advertised, lots of nice updates, host Raj is a great communicator. Nice for families. We cooked meals for 8, played board games, card games. Pls be aware, make provision for the very elderly that would have difficulty negotiating stair steps, as there are many at all 3 entry points. (My father, age 87, had trouble, but we got him in and out.) I recommend this property.

The house was clean, the beds were very comfortable and back porch made for a great place to spend time.

The place was clean and as described. We enjoyed the fire pit as well as some of the games. The communication with owner was great. I have it a five star because overall it deserves it. However, my husband said I should share that the owner uses ring system with motion censored and it often lights up the back yard just from the fire or moths which was slightly annoying. I guess it’s the price you pay for good security. I highly recommend
