ELITE ROOMS NAPOLI

Room was okay and clean. Close to the main train station but streets going to hotel, i find it dirty, trash everywhere. I dont feel safe walking especially at night.

Pros: Room was clean. Daily housekeeping. Very close to Napoli Centrale train station. Supermarket just around the corner. Cons: No staff in office. Needed to text before arrival so someone would be there to check-in. Room was not actually soundproofed at least from the door. Children screaming can be heard clearly for three hours till 10:30 PM through the hallway. No shampoo was provided. Also, don’t expect facial cloth for guesthouse. During our stay, the gentleman managing downstairs cafe was very helpful regarding our need.

High standard accommodation kept immaculately clean. Also the coffee for breakfast at Carioca is the best we had during our week in Naples. Highly recommended.

We arrived much later because of the flight delay and had to call Diana for help to enter the property. She was polite and helpful despite it was very late. The room was clean, spacious and moder. But the building and staircase looks completely opposite - old and unsafe, especially at night with children. There are "tickets" for breakfast at the nearby cafe. Croissants and fresh juice/coffe were delicious despite the fact that we only got 3 "tickets" for 4 people. Close to train station (5€ per person) and fairly close to the airport (taxi €30). Naples is amazing but why, oh why there are soooooo much litter everywhere!?Italians - love your beautiful country more !
