    We had a very comfortable stay.everything in the hotel was very well managed be it housekeeping,bedding,asthetics of room particularly rajasthani style was amazing then brekfast was cool,all this made our tour comfortable .thanks to all the courteous staff

    The hotel is situation next to Lalgarh Palace and around 10 mins drive from city center. The rooms are quite spacious and gives a royal feeling. Had a luxurious stay at the resort.

    The staff was unprofessional, and the food quality was disappointing. The buffet food was chaotic and served cold, even in the afternoon when there was no crowd. I was served a cold vegetarian thali and could barely eat ended up having just one dal. When I asked the waiter to change or reheat the dishes, he was rude. It took 30 minutes, and I was told they do not have a microwave. One positive aspect is that the hotel is clean, with no foul smell. However, the behavior of the staff is a major concern. I requested slippers and toilet paper at night, but they were provided only the next morning after a reminder. The geyser does not supply hot water, possibly due to a low maximum temperature setting. The surroundings are very noisy. I was woken up several times due to noise—sometimes from the upper floor, sometimes from neighboring rooms, and sometimes from outside the hotel.
