Bilik agak kecil. Tapi muat untuk 3 dewasa dan 2 kanak2 bawah 12 tahun. Parking agak susah kalau pergi time peak season. Tapi kedai makan dan kedai serbaneka memang banyak.

Very disappointing experience.
Initially, there was no receptionist available during check-in, and everything had to be handled through a phone call. I was able to change my room, but unfortunately, both rooms had serious issues.
1. Bathroom cleanliness was very poor — the tiles were greenish and clearly needed better cleaning.
2. Attached bathroom — the flush was not functioning properly.
3. Shared bathroom — the water suddenly stopped while I was taking a shower.
Due to these issues, we tried to cancel the booking. However, Agoda informed us that we had to contact the property staff to request the cancellation. When we contacted the property, they told us to ask Agoda instead. We were basically being referred back and forth between Agoda and the property, with no proper solution provided.
At around 11 PM, we finally decided to check out and move to another hotel. It was a terrible and very stressful experience, especially having to find another hotel late at night.
Overall, a very unpleasant and disappointing stay. I would not recommend this property. After this experience, I am also reconsidering using Agoda for future bookings.

We understand that this is a 2-star hotel, so we did not expect luxury facilities. However, basic cleanliness and hygiene should still be maintained.
Unfortunately, the room was not properly cleaned. There were unpleasant stains and dirt on the sofa, and the cup provided for hot water was dirty and appeared to have mould. The bathroom door lock also had an issue, which was inconvenient and concerning.
We have photos as evidence. We hope the management will take this feedback seriously and improve the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms for future guests.
