    Price: Highly worth it 💰 In terms of budget, staying here is highly worth it. It is excellent value for money and very budget-friendly. Location: Strategic & Convenient 📍 The location is extremely strategic since it is located right in the middle of Brinchang town. It is very close to eateries and famous attractions in Cameron Highlands, making it super easy to get around. Room & Amenities: Spacious & Fully Equipped 🛏️ The room is spacious and comes with a large, comfortable bed. It is equipped with basic amenities like an electric kettle, a TV, and a mini-fridge. For Muslim guests, they have conveniently marked the Qibla direction. They also provide a laundry bag along with bath towels, a bath mat, soap, and shampoo. Bathroom 🚿 The sink has both hot and cold water options. However, the shower only had hot water—I’m not sure if it was just me not knowing how to adjust it, haha. Areas for Improvement 🛠️ Ventilation: While the room is spacious, unfortunately, there is no fan or air conditioning. We had to leave the window/door slightly open to get some air flowing. TV: The TV turned on, but there was no reception/channels at all—just a blank screen. A "Spooky" Experience 👻 This part was a bit unsettling. About 10 minutes after checking into the room, I heard a distinct "click" sound (hard to describe it in detail) coming from the room next door. I thought it was a one-off thing, but no, guys... the sound repeated almost every hour! As night fell, there was another sound, like someone dragging a chair to sit down from the room upstairs. That sound kept repeating too. At first, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after it happened so many times, I couldn't help but think... doesn't the person upstairs get tired of constantly dragging chairs? Fortunately, there were no physical sightings, but the noise was quite disturbing. Overall Verdict 👍 Overall, staying at Iris Hotel was okay. The price is definitely worth the facilities provided. However, the hotel management really needs to make some improvements, like installing air conditioning. If not AC, even providing a stand fan would be great to help with air circulation so the room doesn't feel stuffy. Rating: 3.5/5 ⭐
