The location is strategic, very near to local eateries
The house is a bit run down, especially the toilets - can see the rusty beam. Also there's the smell of cockroach, rags (kain buruk) were not properly stowed away. Perhaps it is due to the low rate offered.

The location nearby to main trunk road (federal route 1) and PLUS, eatery, shops and malls. Quite environment, great facilities. Bed is great easily fall a sleep
Water pressure slightly slow but still acceptable.
