Location Strategic, Generous n Comfortable. Thumbs up for Air Cond + Fan, TV n Bed.
Should include kettle and small dustbin in the room. Others, basic amenities are perfect!

Nice price with plenty of space for bed. Can park your can infront of your room. Outdoor kitchen also nice.
Really hope can update image of the house, inside and outside, so it will help your client for their future stay. I really imagine that i can get same view as in picture.
