    Plus Points: 1. Very strategically located. Next to Gurney Paragon, within 10min walk to Gurney Bay Park, short drive to various places of interested in Georgetown. 2. Sufficient carpark within the hotel area, feeling safe parking overnight. 3. Pretty new (built in 2025) and clean. 4. Relatively low cost considering the premium location. Minus Points: 1. Room is much smaller than expected. The pictures shown in Agoda can be quite deceiving. 2. No wardrobe, only a shelf with hanging bar for hanging clothes. 3. Extremely small sink in the bathroom. Unable to brush teeth & wash face without water spilling all over the floor. 4. Noisy ventilation fan. 5. Somewhat noisy airconditioner, disrupting sleep a bit. 6. No complimentary coffee or tea. Only 2 empty cups provided, though have water dispenser outside at the common area. Simple 3-in-1 coffee sticks & tea bags can let the guests feel much more welcomed. Conclusion: Suitable for budget conscious travellers that only want to use the room for shower & sleep, and spending most of the time outside. But I think we should be able to find other more cozy options with similar price range.

    Positive Points: 1. Very strategically located, next to Gurney Paragon, and 10min walk to the Gurney Bay Park, and also hawker centers. Very convenient to drive to other places of interest. 2. Have carparks within the enclosed area. Feel safe parking overnight. 3. Relatively New & Clean 4. Powerful shower 5. Relatively affordable Negative Points: 1. Was not informed of the room # and access passcode to the room before arriving, Had to call the owner/manager to obtain the info. on the spot since there is no receptionist there. Didn't give me the confidence and peace of mind before that. 2. Room much smaller than expected. The photos posted on Agoda can be deceiving. Booked a twin bed room, and hardly have any space around the beds. 3. No wardrobe, just a shelf with hanging bar for hanging the clothes. 4. Super tiny sink in the bathroom, couldn't properly brush teeth & wash face without the water spilling all over the floor. 5. The ventilator in the bathroom very noisy. 6. The air-conditioner also a bit noisy, disrupting our sleep. 7. No complimentary coffee/tea provided. Only 2 empty cups. But have water dispenser outside for common use. It's not expensive at all to just provide 3-in-1 coffee sticks or tea bags just to let the guests feel more welcomed. Conclusion: Suitable for those budget conscious travelers with minimum expectation, who are out most of the time, only back to room to shower & sleep. But I believe there are many other better options with similar pricing available.

    Not good for stay, for towel not clean and room is spotty and sticky. Deposit money not full refund
