Enjoy privacy and proximity in this cozy, urban cottage located on a partially wooded lot. It features everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a patio and a fire pit.
The property is situated in a great, mixed-use location:
- One block to the Boardman Lake Loop Trail (access at Center St.)
- One mile to the Bay and downtown
- Less than one mile to Brick Wheels bike and cross-country ski rentals
Guests can easily walk or bike into town using the non-motorized pathway along the Boardman River. Please note that the home shares a driveway with the host's part-time residence. As your host, I strive to be attentive. 2026 enhancement include new mural art on the concrete block wall defining the north property line.

This is a cute tiny home in a convenient spot. The space felt very clean and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the host was communicative and responsive. Priced right for the location — we really enjoyed our stay!

This tiny house was just perfect for our stay. Great location, clean, and very cute. Our host Susan was wonderful, great with communication! We will definitely stay here again!!
