Our first floor 1-bedroom condo offers you a serene escape surrounded by lakes, sand dunes, and unforgettable sunsets. Whether you're seeking a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or a solo adventure, our cozy haven promises to wow you with its moody coastal vibes and inviting ambiance.
Our ground-floor condo offers easy access for seamless arrivals and departures. Our thoughtfully curated interior boasts a captivating blend of blues and plum hues.
The cozy living area beckons you to unwind with a good book or enjoy a movie night after a day of exploration. Prepare delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy dining at our cozy dining room table or take your meals outside to our patio. The bedroom is a tranquil retreat, featuring a modern coastal-inspired chandelier and a comfortable bed that ensures a restful night’s sleep.
Everything in the condo is brand new. There are two TV's in the condo, one in the living room that is 55 inches and one in the bedroom that is 43 inches. There is a Roku device that allows standard cable or log-in to your favorite streaming app. In the morning, help yourself to a hot cup of coffee or tea, creamer and sugar provided.
There is a Burrow Shift Queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a brand new queen bed in the bedroom. There are black out curtains throughout to ensure a good night's rest.
The bathroom has all the essentials for your trip - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, make-up towels and a hair blower. There is a washer/dryer in the unit and detergent is supplied.
There is a locked bike room on the same floor as the condo. Bring your own bikes or borrow one of our two cruiser bikes during your stay. We provide the locks, key fob for access to the room, bike baskets and pump. We also provide helmets that we strongly recommend you use when using the bikes. Guests will use the bikes provided at their own risk.
Just steps away from the condo is the renowned Tart Trail, the perfect starting point for outdoor enthusiasts. Close by you can stroll along the sandy shores of Lake Michigan, hike through towering sand dunes, or simply enjoy the breathtaking sunsets.

There is an elevator in the building that goes up to all floors.
On the 4th floor is a large community room great for larger events or work meetings. There is a TV as well as a fireplace up there along with plenty of seating and dining capability.
This condo is kid friendly and there is a pack n play and high chair in the unit. A baby bib is there along with kid friendly dishes, cups and utensils.
This condo is Pet friendly up to two dogs.

Absolutely the cleanest stay I've ever had. Listing was 100% accurate, and my check in process was incredibly easy. Kitchen was prepped, but i ended up ordering out, went to a place 5 minutes away and came back to a comfortable bed. Will definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area

Loved our 5nt stay, Julie thought of everything for the condo as it was very comfortable. Best part were the bikes available, we took full advantage with the TART path being right off the back of the property - headed downtown, to the beach, and breweries. Would love to stay again!

This is a beautiful condo, very small but was perfect for my husband and & I and our two small dogs. It would not fit 4 adults, kids maybe on the sofa. Our goal was the Tart Trail, bikes & dogs and it was perfect for that. There’s a temporary issue with the AC, we weren’t made aware of so window needed to be open for that and it’s a ground level so lots of parking lot noise. We did buy the insurance, thank goodness because even though there was a known plumbing issue, which I immediately reached out to the owner about, we came home to a claim notification. IMO when there is a known issue and a renter reconfirms this, correct it on your own dime. We paid a lot of money to stay here. Disappointed in the response I received about that, so buy insurance or not and maybe she won’t make a claim.
