Truly Exceptional Stay - A Perfect Home Away From Home

This was a wonderful stay. The apartment matched the photos—beautiful and inviting, just as described. The accommodation was superb: spotless, spacious, and comfortable. It was very well-equipped, making our stay seamless. Marco truly elevated our experience. He consistently went above and beyond, offering helpful tips on local spots and things to do. His proactive, courteous, and enthusiastic demeanor demonstrated a genuine concern for our comfort. I cannot recommend this apartment and host highly enough.

Super schönes Appartement, freundlicher Besitzer und tolle Lage

Wir waren eine Woche in Viareggio. Nachdem wir die Unterkunft gebucht haben, hat uns der Vermieter sofort kontaktiert und die Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos, schnell und sehr nett stattgefunden. Der Besitzer war total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hat uns sehr viele Sachen weiter empfohlen. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Besitzer hat uns auch komplett in Ruhe gelassen und wir konnten uns sehr gut entspannen. Es gab zwei neue Badezimmer, die super ausgestattet waren. Waschmaschine, Trockner, Moskitonetze an jedem Fenster angebracht. In jedem Zimmer ist eine Klimaanlage, aber da wir im Oktober da waren, wurde es natürlich nicht gebraucht. Es gibt einen total süßen, gemütlichen, kleinen Garten, den man benutzen kann. Das einzige, was gefehlt hat, war eine Möglichkeit, sich abends zwischendurch einen Film anzuschauen, weil der Fernseher nicht angeschlossen war. Im allgemeinen waren wir mit allem zufrieden und sehr begeistert von dem Besitzer. Das Appartement können wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Die Lage war sehr gut. Man konnte direkt vor der Tür kostenlos parken. Der Strand war ein paar Kilometer weit entfernt. Dort gab es viele Restaurants und Cafés. Die Promenade war einmalig. Sehr sauber und man konnte ohne Probleme einen Parkplatz finden und kilometerweit spazieren gehen . Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren auch in der Nähe.

Ottimo soggiorno!

Casa appena ristrutturata, molto curata e accogliente. Tutto pulitissimo e servizi interni ben pensati. Host estremamente gentili e disponibili. Consigliatissimo!

Struttura perfetta. A piedi dista una ventina/trentina di minuti dal mare e dal centro quindi sarebbe consigliabile noleggiare delle bici per muoversi con più comodità.

Марко встретил нас в квартире, передал ключи и рассказал все о квартире. Был вежлив, внимателен, позитивен, чувствовалась забота о гостях. В холодильнике была вода и молоко для кофе. Кофе, Сахар, соль, стиральный порошок, мешки для мусора и т.д. - все было приготовлено для гостей. В квартире очень чисто, все необходимое есть для проживания. Есть кондиционеры-самая нужная вещь для пребывания в этот сезон. Спасибо хозяину за прекрасный отдых! Приедем обязательно еще раз!

Все было отлично. До пляжа минут 20 пешком, если есть дети, достаточно тяжело идти по жаре. Но дорога проходит через большой парк. На машине очень близко 5-10 минут.
