This location is my #1 recommendation for PEI. Floyd is an amazing host, the property is in a great location. Not far from Cavendish or Kensington. There is an indoor mini-rink, full-size pool table, ping pong table and dart board in the basement so you are never without entertainment. 10/10 stay.
There was nothing to dislike. Amazing stay at this location.

Beds where comfortable, one bedroom and kitchen area had AC. Clean linen and towels.
It wasn't stated clearly that you would be sharing the home with owners. It states that the home is a duplex which it is NOT. Absolute no separation from the owners side of the house. There were no locks on any bedroom doors so didnt feel private and no way to secure belongings. Also found it strange that its August and a christmas tree and decorations were still left up.
