There is an little tiny flys everywhere outside even in hot tub this maybe because of the farm next door but we did not sit out in the garden much due to these

We loved absolutely everything. It was immaculately clean, comfy absolutely stunning house, incredibly spacious with all the amenities you could need while communication from host was excellent. We came as a family and It a great place for a family to kick back unplug and relax and spend quality time together. We would definitely we coming there again.

Absolute dream! 2 kitchens, 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a hot tub, infra red sauna, what more do you need. Stunning decor, calm scenery, beautiful interior that perfectly blends rustic charm with modern comfort. Every corner reveals intricate detail designed with love, from the magnificent exposed timber beams to the cozy layout. Crafted with immense care—an unforgettable stay! 8 of us stayed - 4 adults and 4 children for my daughters little birthday getaway, we had plenty of space and plenty to do especially the warmth and relaxation of the hot tub!

We went during the heat wave at 31 degrees so naturally the property was slightly warm but the owner provided fans, I think one more downstairs would be amazing. There wasnt much to like, everything was very well thought of. Enough towels for 8 of us, enough cutlery, plenty of dishes, 2 dishwashers, cleaning products. There are a few flies swarming around in the kitchen due to the natural locality but we found if keep the bins changed and cleaned and the fly zapping electric thingy turned on they arent much of a bother and leave you alone!

This is a stunning property, with beautiful interior design. It was very comfortable and warm. On the second day when the hot tub had got going, it was great. There is a very nice 6 km run/walk from the house around the lanes and fields. There is an enclosed small garden, with a few cooking herbs.

It is beautifully cleaned, and I can see that the letting company respond to written queries extremely quickly. However, there is nobody taking responsibility for managing it, and no stock taking (see previous reviews). There have been no wine glasses in the property for weeks, and the team seem to have no ability to replenish things that guests might accidentally break. They employ cleaners but not housekeepers. It would be great to have information about what you would need to bring with you (we gleaned some of this information from reviews by other guests). – Drink from tumblers or bring wine glasses. – plates and saucepans are provided. Would be super to have a supply of other kitchen basics for a property at this price point (medium sized frying pan, whisk, tongues, foil and cake tin) – if you use the Wood Burning stove, you will need to bring your own matches, firelighters, kindling, and wood. Perhaps the managing company would consider providing/selling some of these? A fireproof glove would be helpful. Instructions for wood burning stove for guests: The chimney smokes directly into the room until it warms up. Just keep going – it has a nice drawer once it is warm. Instruction for hot tub for guests: Suggest asking the company not to change the water immediately before you arrive if you are only staying for two nights. It takes a day to warm up, which can leave you feeling a bit disappointed not to have access to it for your first night. Instructions for directions: To locate the property, use what three words, or a grid reference. Satnav will take you to the village rather than the property. Read the directions carefully from the company to find it: it is not called treehouse cottage. If you need help: Dave who manages the letting company is extremely personable by phone.
