Grand chalet familial avec cheminée aux Diablerets

I love the old chalet charm. It was just like my inlaws place in Les Diablerets. All the great wood paneling, has a fire place and several outdoor spaces/ balconies. Was so easy to just arrive and chill and enjoy the view. Also helpful was the location to both the train station and the Coop for easy food shopping. Was one of the main reasons I picked it. FYI the chalet is at the edge of town but I prefer being out of the center, just plan ahead to walk 10+ min if you need to get there or the sport center etc. Or time it to take the bus from the train station. Not a problem in summer (when we visited) but in winter with all the ski gear you would need to plan accordingly. Will definitely book this again the next time I go to Diablerets.

Very minor issue but wasn't clear if I had to take out the trash when I left. I asked, and they confirmed. Might have missed that on the welcome letter, so could be user error. If I didn't know where the bins were in town to drop the bag it would have been much more frustrating as a total newbie to the area.
