Very clean and tidy and also the host is very friendly

Calm and quiet also with good security

Upon arrival, the apartment was somewhat warm. It would be appreciated if the air conditioning could be switched on prior to guest arrival to ensure a more comfortable environment. Additionally, air conditioning is currently available only in the bedrooms. Installing an AC unit in the living room would greatly enhance comfort, as the ceiling fan alone is not sufficient. On the first day, it was slightly uncomfortable to spend time in the living area due to the warm air from the fan. However, from the second day onwards, the conditions were comfortable. We also recommend improving pest control measures, as we noticed the presence of ants. The property includes facilities such as a badminton court, swimming pool, and gym. The gym and badminton court were satisfactory. However, the swimming pool did not appear to be cleaned daily, which was somewhat disappointing. Apart from the above points, everything else was satisfactory. We enjoyed our stay, and all equipment and facilities were functioning properly.

The place was clean, comfortable, and well located. The price was also very reasonable. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend it to others
