The unit (631) is nice for a family of 4. Being a corner unit it is bright and does have enough windows. It was clean when we arrived. A few broken small items but were taken care quickly, Tripower is very reactive and super helpful.
The lanai is not to big and the table is to small for 4 people, so you have to eat inside which quite sad with such a beautiful view! 2 more chairs and a bigger table would make it perfect.
The rooms are big enough, nice storage places.
The kitchen do have everything to cook, but a furnace would be nice to have.
The internet is good enough but very weak in the main bedroom.
Beach chairs and umbrella were provided which is cool.
The pool is nice. A bit of shade would be nice. The water quality is on the lower side: my kids and I got itching skin every time we used it.
One last thing to note: 2 blocks away is the Pink Shell Resort. This resort is noisy, from loud music in the afternoon, waves runners, and the maintenance crew that woke us up early, every morning. Of course the rental company is not responsible of this, but if you are looking for silence, maybe you should reconsider...
But if you can live with it, then the apartment is well appointed for some good memories... We will consider it for future vacations.

Very nicely located. Great views from balconies. Nicely decorated/furnished. Would rate higher except for bedrm carpets (dirty & stained), wifi very inconsistent. - locked up my computers although my system showed it active. Had to phone IT wifi support. It was a problem in bldg that was fixed in couple of hours but still had problems losing wifi and having to consistently sign in to another unit number. No number 631 on wifi system??. Wifi not available in back bedrm. No instructions for convection oven? Back bedrm sheets not made for bed. Yes, we would consider renting again
