Residence: The residence of Hauts de Préclaux, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois Méan's life. Accommodation: Starting on 17 March 2025, work beyond our control will be carried out on the Orres 1800 station and could generate nuisances during the day.This beautiful 3 bedroom duplex apartment has been completely refurbished, equipped with everything you will need and even more, and with a warm and cosy decoration with many woodwork elements.Oriented in the northwest and located on the third floor, it offers stunning views of the entire valley of Serre-Ponçon, to the left on the Mazelière, to the right the Méale and the Pic Haut and, all around, the larch forests that border the resort.It is accessible from the square by using the elevator and benefits from the heated outdoor pool and sauna of its residence, as well as a private ski box.With a surface area of 47m2 and large spaces, it can accommodate up to 8 people and has an entrance with storage, a large living room - dining room with sofa, armchair and television, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms including one with bathtub, a separate toilet, two large bedrooms, a sleeping area, and a balcony with garden furniture to admire the view.For sleeping, you will find a double bed 140x190cm in the ground floor bedroom, a double bed 140x190cm in the night corner upstairs, and a double bed 140x190cm and two single beds 80x190cm in the upstairs bedroom.You can travel light thanks to the many facilities present in the apartment: all kitchen utensils to prepare you good dishes, kettle, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker, Nespresso, Malongo, Italian, dishwasher, raclette, fondue, plancha, recessed oven, hair dryer, iron, washing machine, but also internet access.You will be ideally located, just above the main square, close to the shops of the resort (restaurants, bars, supermarket and regional products, etc.) and the activities and events organized on the resort, but also less than 50 meters from the departures of the ski and mountain bike slopes and only a few hundred meters from the hiking trails.In addition, you will have access to the wellness area or you will find the heated outdoor pool, sauna cabins and fitness area of the residence (open during the summer and winter seasons).
