Great location near university, the lake and public transportation. Felt safe in this area. Room was as described but could certainly use some updates and maintenance.

The price and location were just what I needed. The building and neighborhood was quiet. Everything was clean upon arrival except for the LVP floor-salt footprints and outdoor debris on the floors. TV streaming/internet was very spotty and buffered alot. I had to ask the host for the WIFI and check out instructions

The room was nice and appropriate for what I needed. No frills. Quiet. Modern. Excellent location. On check-in, I was given the wrong code for the entrance, but owner called me after a few minutes and sent me correct info.
There were a lot of ants in the studio. The drain in the tub was also slow, making water back up during my shower.
