The apartment sleeps 2 people: king bed in the master bedroom.
5 min walk to Clark Street shops, dining & bars, grocery stores, and Clark and Damen buses.
10 min walk to Peterson Metra train station (18 min ride to Downtown).
12-15 min walk to Bryn Mawr El (train) stop.
5 min drive to the Lakefront/Beach.
15 min drive to Downtown Chicago.
Features include open concept living space, modern kitchen, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, washer & dryer in unit, wine fridge, waterfall shower, flat screen TVs including streaming services, nest thermostat, electronic locks, and Ring cameras for comfort and security.
Pets and smoking are not allowed anywhere in the building.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a 3-flat building and has its own entrance. Guests should use the front entrance only (rear exit in case of emergency). We have a digital key system which you receive prior to your arrival.

Our hosts were welcoming and responsive to any questions we had before, and during, our month long stay.The space was convenient, clean, and nicely appointed. Restaurants, grocery stores and public transportation are minutes away, and it is a fun and safe neighborhood to spend time in.

We loved walking for groceries, restaurants, shopping and the Metra station to go downtown.We also enjoyed relaxing in the rocking chairs on the front porch.

Wonderful property. Perfectly located in a great neighborhood full of restaurant's and shops. Very helpful and accommodating hosts. Would definitely choose to stay here again.
