Cozy Vintage House. Home in Fulda, Indiana

Oh my goodness! Where to begin? We pulled up to the house and the grandkids immediately ran to play on the swing and tire swing. Laura came over to greet us and let us know about a few things-the firewood was there for us to use. She made us feel so welcome. We unpacked, had dinner and settled the kids down with a movie (big screen TV) and popcorn. Their parents arrived later having no problems finding the house once we gave them directions.(Pull into the bar and hang an immediate left between the bar and storage shed.) Laura had a snack basket with some goodies for us. We were nervous being so close to a road but there was nothing to worry about. Everyone slept fine. There was a washing machine and drier for us to use. Looked very new and washed the kids clothes great! The next night, we had a little fire for the kids to make smores. They even supplied us with kindling wood to start the fire and lighters. Tom stopped by to make sure we had everything for the fire. The kids had toys and games to keep them busy. They were hysterical trying to use the hammock. It was a great place to be at. If we ever go to Holiday World again, we will definitely stay here! Thank you Laura and Tom!

We absolutely loved this property and truly enjoyed our stay. We traveled with our family over Christmas and stayed through New Year’s Day. The home was spotless, well maintained, and offered plenty of space for our family of five. The owners were wonderful—very kind and attentive, checking in periodically to ensure we had everything we needed. Our primary reason for the trip was to visit Santa Claus, IN, and the location couldn’t have been better—just minutes away. We were also within two hours of Evansville and Kentucky, both of which offered plenty of activities and attractions. We’re already planning a return trip this summer to visit Holiday World and explore the Indiana Caverns, and we would absolutely love to stay here again.

The house was wonderful! So quaint and comfortable.

We're staying for a family wedding that turned out to be 1/2 block from the Church and 1 block from the reception. It was a great location for us with plenty of space.
