This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in Fall Creek was designed with real life in mind—big family breakfasts, peaceful coffee mornings on the patio, game nights, lake days, and yes, those unexpected little Aha moments that make your trip unforgettable.
Step inside and you’ll feel it right away—fresh, clean, welcoming, and fully stocked with everything you need to settle in and start relaxing. The living area is cozy and open, with a sleeper sofa for extra guests and plenty of space to kick back after a long day on Table Rock Lake or exploring the Branson Strip. Pour a cup of coffee, sink into the couch or the patio chairs, and take in the beautiful views and grassy play area right off your oversized back patio—it’s the kind of peaceful spot that turns into your favorite part of the stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped, whether you’re cooking a big family meal or just throwing together snacks between adventures. This was by far one of the cleanest and best stocked units we have stayed in. There were plenty of kitchen tools available for cooking, and the stocked coffee was a welcomed bonus. I appreciated to available toiletries, plentiful paper goods (tp, paper towels), trash bags, and laundry/dish soaps, which relived the burden of extra packing. The pools were a short drive from the unit, and we very much enjoyed both indoor and outdoor locations. The location of the condo was a quiet area, with great eats close by- Maria Bonita and a little Italian food truck, and it was only a ten minute drive to the attractions our kids wanted to see. We would love to visit again!

The condo was great and we were able to fit the six of us comfortably. The queen bunk beds were perfect for the kids. We had a small issue with then key pad but Michelle answered within a matter of seconds and the problem was solved. The amenities were nice. The outdoor pool was clean and easy to get to. The kids also loved the game room and miniature golf.

The property was very clean and neat. There are beds for up to 8 People, which is great if you are traveling with children not set up for adults getting in and out of 2 of the beds. Also the living area only has a recliner and a couch, which was a hide a bed with no mattress, so when you sat on it you sink way down in it and cant get out. I'm glad we had our lawn chairs with us. there were no instructions to work the TV. I sent a text to the phone number I was given , never received a response, which would have been fine for most of our stay. We were rained in for a day with storms all afternoon and evening.Also unless you get the 1 parking space on the level of the apartment there are stairs to get to and from, which I also ask and was told there were no stairs. We were also there less than an hour to get into our apartment and received a warning for not having a parking pass on the windshield of our vehicle. Maybe letting people know you have to do that immediately would be a good idea or sending it in an email ahead of time so they can print it out and take it with them. It would be nice to have more than a curtain on the bathroom door that is in the main hallway.
