Experience resort-style living in this beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo nestled within the exclusive gated community of Pointe Royale Golf Club. Perfectly situated with serene views of tranquil ponds and the lush fairways of the championship golf course, this condo offers a rare blend of privacy and scenic beauty.
Also, it's a walk in unit, so a simple two steps off of parking area and you can walk right on into your unit without negotiating lots of stairs.
The Space:
Step inside to an open concept living space featuring large windows that flood the condo with natural light and frame the stunning outdoor vistas. The primary suite includes an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching wildlife or golfers. The secondary bedroom features two comfortable queen beds and access to a full bathroom. Streaming TV services are available in all bedrooms and the living room. Relax by the electric fireplace in the open living room on the plush sectional sofa that also converts into a sleeper. If additional bedding is needed we also provide a deluxe queen air mattress with linens. Our fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and all necessary dishes and silverware for your convenience. Guests have full access to resort amenities including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fitness center, tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts, and scenic walking trails.

We are part of the "Stay & Play" offered by Pointe Royale. Call the Pro Shop to schedule your tee time. The cost is $60 per person for 18 holes with a cart (regularly $109.99). Please note that guest entry information will be sent to you approximately 26 hours before your arrival. You must provide your building and unit number, along with your departure date, to the gate attendee to gain access to the resort premises.

Overall, we had a good stay and the condo itself is very cute. The amenities on the property were great!I also want to mention that the host was excellent with communication throughout our stay. When concerns about mold in one of the bathrooms were brought up, they responded quickly and had it addressed promptly. They were also very helpful with recommendations around Branson, which we appreciated so much!That said, there were several maintenance and cleanliness concerns that impacted our experience. I do wish we had been informed ahead of time about existing damage so expectations were set before arrival. We noticed water damage around the living room ceiling vents with pieces missing, one bathroom door was difficult to open and close (which led us to not use that bathroom), and the other bathroom door had a hole in it.There were also a few cleaning details that could use more attention. The shower curtain had noticeable soap buildup along the bottom, the patio had an area covered in bird poop with a rug placed over it, and the hand soap was watered down rather than replaced.None of these issues individually ruined our stay, but together they affected the overall comfort and quality of the visit. With some additional attention to maintenance, cleaning, and being upfront about existing property conditions, this could be a really great place to stay.
