Our apartment is perfect for a couple with a child or for one or more business travelers.
As soon as you walk in, you’ll be charmed by the modern decor and spacious layout. The apartment is fully air-conditioned.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator and consists of:

- A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Prepare delicious meals just like at home. You’ll find: stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, as well as a Tassimo coffee machine, a kettle, and everything you need for cooking.

- A LIVING ROOM: Enjoy a comfortable sofa, perfect for your TV nights, and high-speed Wi-Fi to stay connected.

- A QUIET BEDROOM: A standard bed (140x200cm) with quality bedding and a dressing area.

- A SECOND BEDROOM: A single bed (90x200cm) with high-quality bedding and a dressing area.

- A MODERN BATHROOM: Relax under a spacious shower. Towels, a hair dryer, and a washing machine are provided. You’ll also have everything you need to dry and iron your clothes.


## Access

Access to the apartment is simple and flexible. You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself so you can feel right at home.

SELF-CHECK-IN: You can check in independently starting at 3:00 PM using a key box. The code will appear in your digital welcome booklet at the time of your arrival.

PARKING: The apartment does not have a private parking space, but there is a parking lot behind the building. You can park there without any trouble. In addition, parking is easy on the avenue or at the Guierle parking lot, a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT: You’re ideally located to explore the city. You’ll find bus stops right outside the building.

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please take note of the following important information:
HOUSE RULES: The property is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Please be considerate of the neighbors between 10 PM and 8 AM.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 3 PM / Check-out by 10 AM. Flexibility is possible depending on our availability; please feel free to ask us. For any check-out between 11 AM and 1 PM, a supplement of €10 per hour will be charged.
CLEANING: The cleaning fee includes a thorough cleaning of the accommodation as well as the provision of bed linens and household linens.
DEPOSIT: A deposit will be required if you book through certain platforms. It will not be charged to your account but will be held in reserve.
