- A LARGE LIVING-DINING ROOM: Relax on a comfortable sofa, with a TV and high-speed Wi-Fi. A dining area with a table that seats 6 people. The apartment is fully air-conditioned.

- A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Prepare delicious meals just like at home. You’ll find: stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, as well as a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a kettle, and everything you need for cooking.

- A FIRST BEDROOM: It features a standard bed (140x200cm), a dressing area, and direct access to the terrace.

- A SECOND BEDROOM: It features a queen-size bed (160x200cm), a dressing area, and direct access to the terrace.

- A BATHROOM: It is equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a double sink vanity. Towels and a hair dryer are provided.

PARKING: The apartment has a parking space in the building’s basement, but you can also park very easily on the street.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: You’re ideally located to explore the city. You’ll find bus stops right outside the building. The train station is a 25-minute walk away. Plus, you’re just a 5-minute walk from the city center.

HOUSE RULES: The property is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Please be considerate of the neighbors between 10 PM and 8 AM.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 3:00 PM / Check-out by 10:00 AM. Flexibility may be possible depending on availability; please feel free to ask us. For any check-out between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM, a surcharge of €10 per hour will apply.
CLEANING: Cleaning fees include a thorough cleaning of the accommodation as well as the provision of bed linens and household linens.
