Appartement très propre, avec de très bons équipements, et qui est un bon rapport qualité prix
Le bruit de la pompe de relevage de la clim qui est un peu bruyant. Nous cela ne nous a pas gêné plus que ça, mais pour des personnes avec le sommeil très léger, cela peut devenir un petit peu plus compliqué.

La propreté irréprochable du logement et les équipements, notamment la clim
Juste un peu surpris à l’arrivée concernant la façade qui est déroutante (brute) Mais agréable contraste quand on rentre dans l’appartement qui est juste parfait.

Outstanding apartment. Very spacious, fully-equipped with top-quality furnishings, appliances and materials. West-facing view and balcony. And a magnificent TV, just right for the World Cup! Great support from custodian who lives on ground-floor (sorry, didn't catch the name...) and was always available to answer our questions.
Located c 30 mins walk from town centre, so a car is probably needed (parking available on-site)
