Welcome to Chalet 29
Come and stay in our fully renovated air-conditioned Chalet for 4 people comfort (possibility of up to 6 beds).
Located in a leisure residence 10 minutes south of Brive la Gaillarde, "Les Hameaux du Perrier" is located at the crossroads of the departments of Corrèze, Lot and Dordogne, close to the village of Lissac sur Couze and overlooking the Lac du Causse. In an exceptional and quiet environment.
The accommodation
The chalet is composed of:
- a bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and its storage,
- a bedroom with bunk beds (2x90x190),
- a living room with a sofa bed, TV (no extra charge), equipped kitchen with dining area for 5 people (induction hob, washing machine, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, Senseo coffee maker, kettle...),
- Bathroom with shower and sink. At your disposal a hairdryer and a steamer.
- separate toilet,
- terrace with garden furniture, parasol, electric plancha.
- a private green area,
- The + A free parking space in front of your chalet

Within the residence: ping-pong tables, a mini golf, a multi-sports field and a children's playground.
2 swimming pools (open from 15 July to 15 September)

You will find the Lac du Cause 1 km away with a supervised beach for swimming in summer as well as children's games.
Water activities offered at the Lake: Canoeing/ Kayaking, rowing, fishing, water skiing, towed buoys...
Nearby: Many hiking, horseback riding or mountain biking trails are available to you, just a stone's throw from the residence.
Discover the historical, cultural and architectural heritage of the region: Brive la Gaillarde (10km), Gouffre de la Fage (11km), Collonges la Rouge (18km), Curemonte (18m), Turenne (all classified as Most Beautiful Villages in France), but also the caves of Lascaux and Proumeyssac, the Haras national de Pompadour, the Pans de Travassac (slate quarry) or the Denoix Distillery in Brive la Gaillarde, Sarlat, Rocamadour, Autoire, ....
