The living area features a very comfortable sofa and a large TV. It opens onto a balcony furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.

The dining area includes a table that can seat up to four guests.

The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals: oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine.

Two bedrooms have a single bed and a trundle bed, while the third bedroom offers a double bed (140x200 cm), carefully made up with high-quality hotel linens.

Closets are available for you to store your belongings and feel right at home.

The apartment has two bathrooms, each equipped with a washbasin, shower and toilet.

Air conditioning is reversible in all bedrooms and living room.

Outside, you’ll enjoy a small garden furnished with outdoor furniture, ideal for sunny days.

Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The house is professionally cleaned between each stay.

Caucade is a quiet and charming neighborhood in Nice that offers a peaceful retreat while still being close to the city center. It’s perfect for visitors looking to experience the authentic, relaxed lifestyle of the French Riviera. Just a short walk from the famous Promenade des Anglais and the beach, Caucade is an ideal base for exploring the coast while enjoying a calm, friendly atmosphere away from the busiest tourist spots. Whether you want to stroll, try local cuisine, or simply unwind, Caucade offers a warm and welcoming vibe.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Many bus stops are just a few minutes away.

Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is approximately a 15-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
