This coastal retreat has everything you need to relax and recharge—including tennis courts, pickleball, a fitness center, and a private stretch of sugar-white sand just steps away.
Located directly across from Big Kahuna’s Water Park, this condo is just minutes from top-rated restaurants, beach bars, golf courses, and family attractions. Fire up the beachside BBQ grills for a sunset dinner, or take a relaxing stroll down the shore to nearby dining spots.

Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spot from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.
Access to the unit is easy, as there is a reserved parking spot for unit 1530 near the elevators. Take the elevator up to the condo or down to the beach level, where you will find the fitness center, the pool, and the grilling area. Additional parking is available on the north side of the parking lot next to the tennis court. You must have a parking pass to park in the lot. The parking passes are located on the front table inside the condo. You may only have up to two vehicles parked on the premises at any time.
Spa-quality amenities include high-thread-count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions. It is the guest’s responsibility to get more if needed.
This property is in the gated community/resort of Jade East and is restricted by the HOA rules and regulations. The maximum number of nights that can be booked is 60. No pets or animals are allowed on the premises. Failure to follow the rules and regulations may result in fines and eviction.
Only guests over 25 may book this home. No party or college groups are allowed. Violating this will result in eviction without a refund.
Please note - the pool is only heated during certain holidays/times of year. The hot tub, however, is heated at all time.
Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The condo is exactly as the pictures show, and it is by far one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed in all the years I’ve traveled. The communication with hosts was excellent… they responded back to my questions within a very reasonable amount of time, and were kind, courteous, and very helpful. I highly recommend this property and the hosts, and rate my experience a 10/10!!! (The daily dolphins from the balcony is an added bonus!)

Great condo with modern and updated amenities. The Jade East is offers a heated swimming pool, hot tub and direct beach access. The location is great and right in the heart of Destin. This is our second time staying at the Jade East and our first in this unit. We enjoyed it and we will be back.

Nice unit with well stocked kitchen and cleaning supplies. Nice appliances!!!! Need a step stool for tall spare bedroom beds for us short people. Floors are nice. Updated unit

The living room felt over crowded with the furniture. A random recliner was in there causing it to be cramped and hard to navigate around the kitchen table. The shower was a bit slippery due to the grips being worn down. The beach view was amazing one of the reasons we booked this condo. I was disappointed in the late communication about our parking spot being out of use for a couple of days. The work took longer than they stated and we chose this condo due to the close spot, due to having my MIL with us needing a closer spot. Loved having the beach footsteps away from our condo! The beach staff were amazing and friendly! We loved that our condo came with beach chairs so we didn’t have to lug ours from home. Biggest down fall is that the pool was very freezing, we read on the property’s page that it was a heated pool, it made it hard for us to swim with our toddler. But overall was a decent stay.
