The Space:
Welcome to your very own private oasis..
Step into a warm, well-designed apartment with everything you need to feel at home. The open-plan living and kitchen area is filled with natural light and includes a full kitchen with quality appliances and everything needed to cook and dine in. With fast Wi-Fi and two versatile bedrooms, the space adapts to suit couples, families, or friends.
BEDDING CONFIGURATION:
Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed (can be split into 2 Singles)
Bedroom 2: 2 Singles (can be joined into 1 King Bed)
*Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival if you’d like an alternate bed setup. A $100 fee per bed applies for changes made after check-in.
Baby Accessories:
We can provide a porta cot, high chair and baby bath on request for a one-time fee of $50. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.
Guest Access:
The property offers self-check-in via a secure lockbox, allowing you to arrive at your convenience.
Once checked in, the entire space is yours to enjoy — no shared areas.

Located just 17 minutes from central Queenstown, Hanley's Farm is a peaceful and scenic neighbourhood known for its high-end homes, walking trails, golf course, and proximity to The Remarkables Ski Field. Town Centre: 17 min drive (9.4 km)
Airport: 10 min drive (7.5 km)

Maximum of 4 guests
At least one guest must be over the age of 25
No pets, parties, smoking/vaping indoors and absolutely NO glitter.
3-night minimum stay applies during December 20 – January 5
Please note: This property is located in a residential area, the quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
We ask if you have guests or externally hired staff at this location, that you strictly abide by the quiet hours so as to not disturb the neighbours

Great property. We were skiing at Remarkables and this property is just down the road. It’s a bottom floor unit but there was no noise from upstairs. Good comms with manager, clean, tidy and warm.
