The only reason it’s not a 5 is the heat wasn’t working and it happened to be on a night that temps dropped to the 20s. Not their fault, just unlucky. Otherwise it was perfect for our visit. Big bonus was the shuttle for the marathon was right outside our unit. Marathon was reason for my visit

We're into racket sports, beach and seafood. It was nice, open floorplan, great tennis & pickleball (2 padel courts being built), and 8 min walk to beach.We'll be back for sure!

Condo was very clean and well appointed. Property manager did an excellent job communicating. Great place to stay if you want to be close to Roy Barth’s tennis facility. Literally a one mins walk

Great little condo right at the courts. Perfect for any tennis enthusiast wanting to walk right to the courts and listen to the sound of the ball as you relax on the patio.
