Large, independent and completely fenced villa, located in a quiet area in Taviano, a few kilometers from the beaches of Gallipoli. Arranged on two levels, it offers comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces ideal for families or groups.
Outside, large garden with green spaces front and back and large private parking.
Inside, bright open space with equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave), dining area and living room with fireplace and TV. The sleeping area includes 3 bedrooms: one triple, one double, one single, as well as a comfortable sofa bed. Two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. Washing machine, Wi-Fi and air conditioning in every room.
Pets allowed.

Sheets and bathroom set not included in the rental cost, bookable with sufficient advance notice.

Check out time: 8am to 11am
For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, upon customer request and subject to acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check in after 8:30pm and up to 10pm an extra cost of €30.00;
- for check in from 10pm to 12am an extra cost of €50.00;
- for check in from midnight to 7am an extra cost of €100.00.
For early check out, upon customer request and subject to acceptance, from 6am to 8am an extra cost of €30.00 is required
