About this villa rental
Large city-style loft house, quiet in the city with a very large terrace surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and a second terrace with a small pool. Modern air-conditioned interior with 4 bedrooms, each with a shower or bathroom.
At the end of the dead-end street, you arrive via the terrace which includes an area with outdoor sofas and then a dining area with a barbecue. Through French windows, you access the interior, a very large living room and loft-style kitchen, overlooking the terrace. A long corridor with two bedrooms on the left, each with its own shower - the first with a shower area and a 160 cm bed, the second larger with a bathroom and toilet and a 180 cm bed, these two bedrooms open onto the corridor through large glazed panels with blackout curtains.
From this corridor, a few steps to the right lead to a bedroom with two separate beds and three windows overlooking the exterior, with a bathroom including a bathtub and toilet.
A few steps higher on the right is a terrace with a small pool approximately 3x2 meters, as well as a closet with the washing machine. On the opposite side, you access the large suite overlooking the back with a very large bedroom, 180 cm bed, sofa bed area, dressing room and bathroom with bathtub and shower. Separate toilet.
The entire house is air-conditioned and bedrooms are individually air-conditioned.
