Mobile-home rental Camping L'Escale** in Meschers-sur-Gironde - 4 pers.

We rent our mobile home, a small functional cocoon for the holidays, from April to the end of October (rental from Saturday to Saturday preferably in high season), located in the 2-star campsite "L'Escale" in MESCHERS SUR GIRONDE in Charente-Maritime.

Its vintage style, with its warm yellow and orange hues, gives it a retro charm. Well optimized, it allows you to have everything you need without superfluity, for a friendly and relaxed stay in all simplicity.PGJyPg
Mobile home for 4 people (23 m2) with a large partially covered terrace and garden furniture. Very pleasant, shaded pitch and well located in the campsite, close to the reception and the swimming pool.

For hygiene reasons, you will be asked to bring your duvet covers, fitted sheets, pillowcases:
- First bedroom with a 140cmx190cm bed, with a bolster, 2 square pillows a 200cmx200cm duvet
- Second bedroom with two 70cmx190cm beds with a square pillow for each bed and two 140cmx200cm duvets

AVAILABILITY:
From June 1st to 16th and from June 21st to 30th: €350per week.
From July 1st to August 31st: €550per week.
From September 1st to September 30th: €350thper week.
From October 1st to October 25th: €250thper week.

Weekly booking from Saturday (arrival after 2pm) to Saturday (departure before 10am) only! For any information and reservations, do not hesitate to contact me.

When booking, a 50% deposit will be required. A deposit check of €250 will also be required; it will only be cashed in the event of damage to the mobile home or if cleaning has not been carried out (cost retained: €50) and will be returned to you at the end of your stay.

It is composed of:
- 1 living room with kitchen, lounge and dining area (lift-up and extendable coffee table): Television, microwave, fridge with freezer, 4-burner gas hob, oven, coffee maker (ground coffee), crockery (dishwasher not functional).

- 2 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 "twin" bedroom with 2 single beds. Wardrobes, hangers and wardrobe in each bedroom. A high chair, a blanket and a small bed rail in the "twin" bedroom.

- 1 bathroom with shower, sink, storage cupboard and vanity unit.

- Separate toilet

- Large terrace of 15 m2 with 1 large plastic table and 6 armchairs and a wooden table for cooking outside. A tancarville and an electric plancha.

- 1 free parking space for 1 vehicle inside the campsite, located in front of the mobile home. Other vehicles can park for free outside the campsite, in the parking lot.

The campsite offers an aquatic area (large heated swimming pool + wading pool), a bar, food, ice cream, bread, washing machine, dryer, takeaways, rotisserie, tennis, table tennis, children's playground, theme evenings, children's entertainment in July and August, petanque competition, TV room.

500m from the campsite a bakery, a butcher's shop and the "FAMILY FUN PARK" playground which includes laser game, cinema, bowling, trampoline park, fun climb, a kid's park, games, new large area for electric go-karts.


Town centre 1 km away many shops, pharmacy, doctor, etc.

To discover 5 beaches: The Nuns' Beach, La Conche de Cadet, The Vergnes Beach, Suzac Beach, Arnéche Beach and a port.
