About this house rental

Nestled in the heart of La Cala de Mijas, this is a newly built modern and comfortable 150 m² townhouse in the luxurious Serena Village resort. You're walking distance to the beautiful Playa La Cala, amenities and liveliness of the Costa del Sol. An ideal retreat for families seeking comfort and convenience.



The house features two well-appointed bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests. One double bed and two individual beds ensure flexible sleeping arrangements for families. Each room comes with plenty of wardrobe space for belongings and hangars for your clothes. With blackout blinds equipped for light sleepers looking for a late start. The property boasts three bathrooms including one ensuite with a walk-in shower and one family bathroom with a bathtub and shower combo. There is a separate toilet downstairs.



The fully equipped kitchen is a highlight, featuring modern amenities such as an induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, a SMEG branded filter espresso machine and a comprehensive set of kitchenware and dishes.



There is air conditioning throughout the house, which can also provide heating during the colder months. In the bathrooms there is also luxurious underfloor heating. WiFi is available in every room. There are two smart TVs for entertainment so you can install and sign into your favourite video streaming services such as Netflix, Prime Video and Youtube.



Those on the go will appreciate the private parking for one car and a couple of bikes outside the front door. The furnished balcony off the master bedroom provides sea views to accompany your morning coffee. Back down on the ground the fully furnished terrace and garden offer the perfect space for relaxing with a cold drink and a spot of al fresco dining moments. The house gets morning to early afternoon sun on the terrace.



Inside the community itself there is a large outdoor communal pool with accompanying life guard that is open seasonally. Take a refreshing dip or soak up the sun poolside on one of the loungers. The community club house offers a comfortable hangout spot with a pool table and television, plenty of sofas to relax on and even a co-working space. With lots of tables and wifi if you need to catch up on your emails while you're away. The gym is equipped with various weights and treadmills. The community spa is complete with sauna and hammam for the ultimate relaxation experience. There's also a hot tub that can be booked in advance.



Located in an area ideal for families, the property is conveniently close to supermarkets (Aldi and Carrefour), restaurants, and local attractions. Nearby golf courses, beaches, and the charming town of La Cala de Mijas provide endless opportunities for exploration and enjoyment. Located in a prime spot, our Mediterranean styled terraced house offers easy access to nearby beaches, shopping and dining. Whether you're seeking relaxation, family fun, or adventure, this house has it all. The beach is only a short 900 meters walk away.



The bus stop is 700 m away with regular departures in the direction of Marbella or Fuengirola. The Fuengirola station is classified disabled-friendly, it is an underground station, so steps or an elevator are needed to reach platform level. From here you can catch the train to Malaga which takes 48 minutes via Benalmadena, Torremolinos and Malaga Airport. The Cercanias train conveniently connects with the main line trains in Malaga Maria Zambrano station for high-speed trains to Madrid, Cordoba, Sevilla, and other parts of Spain.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Kate was an excellent host, very welcoming and responsive. Highly recommended, and I’d be happy to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is in a quiet area and felt very safe but within easy reach of great restaurants and things to do in the area. It’s a fabulous house and well set up for families. Kate was the perfect host, super helpful and went above and beyond. Would highly recommend.
