The house suited our four person family incredibly well. There was plenty of room for everyone to spend out, while also enjoying family fun in the common areas - especially the pool/lanai and dock. The neighborhood was great for riding bikes and taking walks.

The property was dated and some of the furniture needs to be thrown in the trash. The listing says a heated pool but you have no control over it and the water was very cold. In fact, we didn't even use it.
