About this house rental
Brand new, built in 2023! Come feel like you are right at home in this 4 bedroom, 3 and half bath water front home. Enjoy the spa while taking in the views down the canal. Plenty of space for everyone with 3 queen sized beds and a king in the master. Take a short drive to the beach with the provided beach chairs and towels. Gorgeous kitchen with plenty of space for the whole family to splurge on a home made meal. Quiet office with desk and chair available to work on the go.

The house was as described, very clean, larger and nicer than I had originally thought. I wish my kitchen was so big! The owner allowed us to check in early which was helpful since we had a late morning flight. The hot tub timer was tricky though and we were only able to use it one evening nor was there any gas in the grill (had to say bye bye to our steaks). I assume that the owner will stock the kitchen with a working coffee maker, bake wear, additional cutlery, cutting boards, etc in the near future. I think some of the hiccups we faced were just because of how new the property listing is. Overall, this was a great experience and I would 100% recommend after a few easy peasy updates.

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to all the island has to offer & to the mainland. We travelled with some of our adult children & their young kids. Everyone had a great time. Thank you for sharing your home!
