There was mold in the bathtub, black mold, which is unsafe for people. I get the feeling the host doesn't care about what people think of him. I wrote to him about the broken outlet and the toilet, and he said they would be fixed after I left. He didn't offer any help. On the last day, when I asked to check out at 3:00 PM instead of 11:00 AM, he refused and suggested I pay extra. But I reminded him about the problems with his apartment. He said, "So what?" I then added that we had even washed his floors for free. He said we should have told him about the dirty floors right away. Sorry, but I didn't have time to write to you; we cleaned up and tidied everything first thing in the morning. In the end, the host offered to "exchange" my 5-star review for a late checkout.
