About this apartment rental
A quiet 1-bedroom off Dorrego's buzz, with a separate bedroom, king bed en suite, and a dressing room built to keep things easy. The living room opens to a Smart TV and a fully-equipped kitchen with marble counters. Palermo Hollywood is right outside: Dorrego's restaurant row, the Sunday flea market, and Plaza Mafalda, all within walking distance. Quartier Dorrego sits inside Palermo Hollywood, one of Buenos Aires' most walkable neighborhoods. Dorrego Avenue's restaurant row is at your door, the Sunday flea market draws locals and visitors alike, and Plaza Mafalda offers a green pause a few blocks away. Everything that makes this barrio worth staying in is within walking distance.
Check-in is self-service with a digital lock, so you let yourself in on your own schedule. On arrival, building security will register you and give you an identification wristband to wear during your stay — a standard step for every resident, not just visitors, and part of how the building keeps things secure.
50m² split into a living room with a sofa and Smart TV, a separate bedroom with a king bed, en suite bathroom, and a dedicated dressing room, plus a kitchen with marble counters, all with A/C. The building adds an indoor heated pool for registered guests year-round, an outdoor rooftop pool open in summer, a gym, and a shared laundry room.
Bus lines 39 and 168 stop three minutes from the door and run straight to Plaza Serrano, putting Palermo Hollywood's bars and boutiques within easy reach. Avenida Cabildo's shops and cafés are about ten minutes on foot, and Belgrano's Museo Larreta, with its Andalusian garden, is a short bus ride further along. For wider access, Colegiales train station and the Línea D subte (Olleros) are both within walking distance.
For your safety, the building asks every temporary resident to pick up an identifying wristband from the security desk and wear it during your stay (a replacement is provided if it's damaged). Guests are welcome on weekdays, one per unit, arranged in advance with your unit number, name, and ID — weekends and holidays are reserved for residents only.

The pros: wonderful location, great neighborhood, super helpful Security provided you have Google Translate, small, comfortable apartment, great bed, great shower. Very nice pool and gym facilities Super responsive property management.
The Cons: The sofa is comfortable for no more than a half hour and should be replaced, the kitchen utensils should be replaced with considerably higher quality and knives that are sharp, it’s time for a repaint and refresh of some of the furniture.

Online pics of unit are accurate, unit is in a great location in a very good building.
Check in was a little rough due to security at front desk not being able to find our booking online, once that was cleared up entry was smooth.
Unit is a very nice one bedroom unit, as pictured online. Linens are excellent and the closet in bedroom was huge and has room for luggage as well.
Airconditioning was excellent and quiet. Unit has a small but nice balconey with trees providing shade onto balcony.
TVs were good with Netflix and other media provided.
Kitchen is OK, if you are staying for short term and dont eat in often then you will be fine. We enjoy cooking some of our evening meals and found the number of pots lacking. There is a small 2 place hot plate, just one frying pan, one small pot for heating milk and one large pot.
There is an excellent espresso maker using k pods for coffee, really enjoyed this coffee maker. Fridge was excellent, also the unit has an electric toaster oven which was good for small items.
Pool area was nice and has lots of lounge chairs. Not crowded.
Location of building is very good on a basically quiet street close to a small Dia grocery and numerous cafes and restaurants within short walking distance.
One small snag with in room safe, but resolved by excellent customer service people.
In building laundry was clean, well lit, easy to use.
