City Centre 2 Bed Apartment

I liked location, staff immediate response to the phone call and guidance.

More instructions should have been provided for parking. Non-stick dishes are too old and worn out. The stove kept switching off during cooking.

It’s warm and comfortable .

It’s not so clean .

L’appartement est spacieux et calme. Les chambres donnent côté parking et jardin. Il a été refait récemment et c’est cosy. On peut aller à pieds jusqu’au jardin botanique 40min ou au centre ville 20min.

Il manquait des couverts (seulement 3 fourchettes) et le sol de la cuisine est un peu collant. Il faut téléphoner pour avoir les instructions d’arrivée.

Apartment was in a good location for us. The bathroom looks quite new and was spacious and clean (no towel rail though). It was pretty quiet. TV had Disney+ and Netflix.

We turned up at 3pm having received no arrival instructions so we did not even know which apartment it was. There were ‘cleaners’ in one so we asked them and rang the agent. They were using a broom to clean the carpets - no hoover! No contact from the agent until 3.45pm and the cleaners were still there! I was panicking! There are no forks! How can you have no forks?! No one responded to my request so we had to eat dinner using spoons! There are unpaid bills lying around - they owe £4500 for the electricity! It was very expensive for what was basically student quality accommodation.
