Location for Ovo Hydro area. Nice large rooms. 2 bathrooms. Clean. Quiet.
We were nervous about having to make a (refundable) £200 deposit for potential damage. We haven't ever had to do that before. Getting key was a bit inconvenient in the rain with our luggage. We would have preferred to be able to leave the key in the apartment and not a few streets away in a keybox attached to railings. Especially as there was a spare key in the box for cleaning staff.

Great design and size, wonderful position for getting to hydro and other parts of Glasgow, wonderful communication with staff about any issues.
There were a few small things broken, such as a light switch at main bathroom that only worked some of the time, and one of the window handles being completely off, but easily communicated with staff about these issues

Fantastic location for the hydro and city centre. Lovely view over the Clyde. Gated entry.
Blinds on 1 window didn’t open and slats missing from the living room window. Not enough cups and cleanliness could’ve been better. Patio door wouldn’t close so it was chilly and noisy. Staff came out quickly but couldn’t sort it. We were told it should’ve had a note on it to say not to use it?? If it was on the ground floor I would not have stayed.
