Ocean Island Nha Trang - Gold Coast Residece Complex, Amber Beach & Lotte Mall

Wonderful spot with lovely staff. Everything was perfect during my stay. The facilities were clean, well maintained, and the staff were amazing.

Staying here was incredibly convenient. Having Lotte Mart right downstairs in the building makes it so easy to grab snacks, drinks, or anything else you need without having to go out of your way. The beach is basically a 2-minute walk just across the street, which is amazing for early morning walks or catching the sunrise. The apartments are modern, clean, and come with a full kitchen and washing machine, giving it a great 'home away from home' feel. The rooms are spacious, and having a balcony with a breeze is a huge plus. Definitely a top choice if you want maximum convenience right by the ocean

The apartment is worth living in because of its beautiful location and the fulfilling living experience. The space is spacious and well-designed, so it's very comfortable to live with family. On weekends, I just want to stay home, relax, and enjoy the view.

Location

1. The floor was extremely dirty (the owner cleaned it himself at my request, but it could have been cleaned before my arrival, or at least in the last month). 2. The air conditioner was broken, which kept me awake for the entire 5 days. 3. The bed was broken, with a terrible mattress. 4. Paid parking. 5. Only 2 of the 5 elevators were working almost all the time, and I needed to get to the 23rd floor.
