Benalbeach & Views with Terrace by ELE Apartments

The accommodation has an excellent location. Restaurants, playground, and the marina are all within a walking distance. The check in process was smooth and really easy. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. The apartment looks exactly like on the photos. Communication with the host was exceptionally good — they responded quickly and helpfully to all of our questions. It is quite well-equipped apartment, there were enough towels too. Access to the pool area requires a wristband. The pools are large, and there is also a separate pool for children. Sunbeds are available for an additional fee. Car rental is available on-site, with the rental office located on the ground floor. There is also a small supermarket on the ground floor where you can buy everything you might need.

The apartment has everything you need, it is fully equipped. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. There are parking spaces if you have a car near the central park. It was very quiet and we had no problem resting. We recommend everyone to come here.

The location and the terrace with the sea view are excellent, and those are the main strengths of this apartment. However, the overall condition and cleanliness were well below our expectations.

I am Genius level 3 and traveled in Spain for summer vacation in Tenerife, Alicante, Valencia, Catalunya, Mallorca, etc. We wanted to see also Costa del Sol. I have to say it’s my first time not leaving a rating of 9 or 10 after our stay. I was tricked by the positive reviews while booking this apartment. Overall, we were disappointed considering the price of more than €200 per night. It felt like paying premium for a LOW COST The apartment was not properly cleaned before our arrival. The floors were dirty, the sofa bed where our children slept had visible stains, several dishes were not clean, and many doors and surfaces were dirty. The interior doors also squeaked loudly. The kitchen is very poorly equipped for a family staying several days. We were also not provided with the access key to the beach through the complex, which made access much less convenient. All the other tourists were getting the tags for the beach entrance/exit. Parking is another major issue in July. Finding a space, either inside the complex or on the surrounding streets, was extremely difficult. You will only find parking near the upper side of the park. Which is around 10 to 15 min walking distance. We contacted the management company about these issues, but only received a generic apology without any meaningful follow-up or solution. This apartment has great potential because of its location and beautiful terrace, but for this price the cleanliness, maintenance and overall quality should be much better. Unfortunately, the price-to-quality ratio was disappointing.
