The host was open and helpful. The location is in the city center with a nice restaurant on the first floor (highly recommended). There is also a local market (bazaar) nearby, where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables.
Look at the photo of the room carefully. The shower is nearly right above the toilet, which is not really hygiene in my view. And forget about the privacy in this property. You can see right into the bathroom from anywhere in the room (there are lots of glasses there). The bed sheets weren't clean (hair and some stains). Also the bed was broken. It was stressful to figure this out right before falling asleep.

Місце розташування в центрі, поруч зупинка, базар, магазин Фора. Господар квартири на зв'язку цілодобово. В квартирі дуже чисто. Вид з вікна на місто дуже гарний. Все відповідає заявленим фото. Якщо будемо в Рівному зупинимося ще раз.
