Вікна виходять не на дорогу, тиша, свіженький будинок, чистеньке помешкання, легке заселення і виселення. Місцезнаходження в самому центрі

Дуже комфортна квартира в центрі міста. Чисто, зручне ліжко, є всі необхідні прибори і посуд. Балкончик з гарним краєвидом. Навіть водичка в холодильнику для гостей є. Дуже приємне спілкування з персоналом, турбуються про комфорт гостей. Нам все дуже сподобалось. Дякуємо.

Чудове розташування, близько до центру міста, поряд продуктовий ринок та супермаркети. До музею, як і до вокзалу та парків, рукою подати, тому ми скрізь могли дістатися пішки. Сучасний ЖК, дуже гарний вигляд з вікна, діти були в захваті від пейзажу та окремо від пожежної частини :) В квартирі чисто, є необхідний посуд та дрібниці: чай, кава, цукор, сіль, одноразові тапочки. Окремий плюс особисто для мене - офіційна оплата на ФОП.
Не те що не сподобалося, а те, що варто врахувати при плануванні поїздки: при оплаті є ще + страховий платіж 800 грн, який повертається після виселення.

Апартаменти невеликі, але комфортні, затишні і чисті, є все необхідне. Невеликий панорамний балкон, звідки можна спостерігати захід сонця 🥰Зручне розташування в центрі міста, сучасний ЖК, є підземний паркінг на випадок повітряної атаки. Легке і комфортне спілкування з адміністрацією, допомогли вирішити всі питання
Ручка у ванній та розкладне крісло потребують дрібного ремонту
