Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, zadbany i czysty basen, dobre wyposażenie apartamentu w sprzęty, np. dostępna pralka. Apartament bardzo cichy i sprzyjający wypoczynkowi. Zupełna prywatność, cisza i spokój.
Apartament mógłby być lepiej posprzątany. Na niektórym sprzęcie i niektórych meblach znajdowała się cienka warstwa kurzu, pod łóżkami również zalegał. Na górze szafki w łazience leżały rzeczy osobiste po poprzednich wynajmujących, np. gumka do włosów z włosami. Warto byłoby też wymienić część garnków bo były z mocno zarysowaną powłoką (co może być szkodliwe).
