Listen, great location, great people, incredible price. I cannot complain much about my experience. All that is needed is a freshening of the sheets and an air freshener in the room.
The bedsheets were very well used, a few stains and a few hairs.

The place itself was quiet and comfortable, and it’s conveniently within walking distance of the Reformed Church, the Segner tér bus stop, Tesco, McDonald’s, and KFC.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay
Just a few small things to note: there was no AC remote, shampoo, body wash, or hair dryer, and since I checked in late, I didn’t receive the Wi-Fi password until the next morning.

The room was relatively OK, a quiet place, very close to the city center. It had a fridge, a table, and some cabinets. Nothing fancy but enough for a couple of days of stay.
The bedside table was sticky - so cleanliness wasn't at the top. The bathroom could use a couple of cabinets or something. The shower had no place to put your soap or shampoo, except the floor. In the basement, there was a dining room - with an improvised bed in it !? The kitchen in the basement was not clean, to say the least.
