My daughter found the place on Booking. Everything was according description and pictures. Nice and modern apartment, beautiful view (ocean, pool, sunset, palm trees, etc). Support (welcome and fixing internet) from Goncalo excellent. You have a place in the garage. Pool is 20 steps away and Praia Farmosa accesible by elevator. Down there By The Sea Restaurant is a nice place. Praia Farmosa itself is ok for 1-2 swim. Perfect A/C.
Nothing. Usually you have to use to new places (etc, find trash can, navigate in the complex, carefully open the windows not allowing mosquitos and insects), but after all everything is ok.

El apartamento moderno, silencioso, superlimpio, cómodo, con magníficas vistas al mar y a zonas comunes muy bien cuidadas. Su estupenda ubicación. Se puede ir a pie a restaurantes, farmacia, playa Formosa, Tunel das Poças do Gomes,... y un supermercado justo frente al Residencial! Hemos tenido una estancia relajante en el alojamiento. Hemos disfrutado de la piscina infinita y ha sido un estupendo punto de partida para distintas excursiones en la maravillosa isla de Madeira.
Nos gustó todo. Repetiriamos y lo recomendamos sin dudarlo.
