Jest to apartamentowiec więc część mieszkań zapewne są właścicieli, którzy tam mieszkają na stałe więc jeżeli chcesz kolację spędzić na tarasie i rozmowach po 22 to będziesz dostawał alerty o ciszy nocnej

Przestrzeń, taras, wyposażenie, bliskość sklepu i restauracji, etc.
Tylko zbyt długie i męczące zejście do plaży gdyż winda ani schody bezpośrednio z tego obiektu jest jeszcze nieczynna i trzeba obejść kilka sąsiednich budynków do drogi na plażę chociaż traktowaliśmy to w ramach spaceru ;)
