This 3-bedroom contemporary apartment offers all the comfort and amenities for a relaxing city vacation. Ideal for families or groups of friends, it features three bedrooms (two with double beds), abundant natural light, and windows in every room overlooking the exterior. The delicate yet relaxed décor creates a fresh and harmonious atmosphere, while the functional and practical layout makes it an excellent choice for a holiday in Madeira.
Located in an area with easy access to beaches, restaurants, and shopping, the apartment is especially advantageous due to its proximity to the promenade, public parks, transport, bars, and stunning views over the Atlantic Ocean. The living room includes both a lounge and dining area, and the apartment accommodates up to 6 people with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The balcony, accessible from the living room and one bedroom, features a solarium and dining area—perfect for outdoor meals, sunbathing, or simply enjoying the sea view. The fully equipped kitchen also has a dining area, ensuring you have everything needed for a wonderful stay. Private parking is available.
AREA
The property is located about 8 minutes from the historic centre of Funchal, of Madeira Island, where you can find the Farmer's Market ("Mercado dos Lavradores"), access the Cable Car and explore the Old Town.
If you want to enjoy the beaches closest to your accommodation, there is an interesting range of free and paid options. Formosa Beach is free and extensive, with pebbles and black sand. Following the promenade you will find two paid beaches before reaching Formosa Beach, the "Ponta Gorda" Beach Complex and the "Cavacas" Dock. After the pedestrian tunnel the access to Praia Formosa is immediate. Continuing along the promenade you will end the walk in the neighboring county, Câmara de Lobos, a place with a lot of gastronomic and cultural diversity, to explore. Enjoy your stay to explore this location that offers countless possibilities!
In the opposite direction, head towards the centre of Funchal and find other beaches available, such as "Gorgulho" Beach - Gavinas (free) and "Lido" Beach Complex (paid).
Within a 2-minute walk you will find the Forum Madeira Shopping Centre and behind it you can find the Ajuda Public Garden.
To explore cultural activities, radical activities, activities linked to nature, it is best to rent a car and explore the other municipalities of Madeira Island.

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.
The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.
In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.
Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.
Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.
Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 12:00
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.

OTHER NOTES
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.

We loved the time we spent here. Madeira gave me my spark back.
The apartment location was perfect and everything was exactly as described. It’s away from the main tourist area, so it’s pretty quiet, but still close enough to everything we wanted to do. There’s always a few cabs waiting to take you anywhere you need to go.
There are several great restaurants and cafes within walking distance and it’s right across the street from the Forum, which has shopping, ATMs and a large supermarket.
The views from the balcony are amazing and you’re also within walking distance of one of the natural swimming pools.
The staff was friendly and responsive to all our needs, including early check-in and booking rides to/from the airport. We’d definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment from start to finish. Very clean (with a couple is exceptions already advised to agent)
Well furnished, amazing view, close to supermarket, shops and restaurants. Bus stop just a few metres away from front door and approx 3km walk to Funchal itself.
Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again
